The people behind the work.
ProperMuse was built around a simple problem: marketing leaders are being asked to know more, cover more, and now use AI more intelligently without getting a bigger team. We combine senior marketing judgment with product, research, AI, and implementation design to help that team see more and act with more confidence.
Tyler Young
Tyler brings the marketing side of ProperMuse: strategy, brand, ecommerce, digital growth, market understanding, and the pattern recognition that comes from leading work for brands including Amazon and Mazda. He is the person asking which move matters, why a buyer will care, and whether the recommendation will survive contact with a real marketing team.
Joe Rasar
Joe builds the research and AI systems that let a small team do much deeper analysis and turn it into usable implementation guidance. His background spans product, delivery, operations, support, and AI systems, including building national delivery operations inside Oracle's Public Safety business. He is the person asking how to make the recommendation repeatable, practical, measurable, and executable inside the systems a customer already owns.
We wrote the manual on practical AI.
Written by Joe Rasar, this is a witty, deeply practical survival guide for real people trying to operationalize Artificial Intelligence.
No hype. No jargon. Just a practical path from experimenting with AI to using it for real work inside the business.
Marketing judgment on one side. Systems leverage on the other.
ProperMuse works because the recommendation and the implementation reality are considered at the same time. The marketing idea has to make sense in the market. The plan also has to make sense for the team, systems, budget, and operating reality that have to carry it out.
